This is a Ref. 18049 Rolex Daydate from the 1980s coming in 18k white gold case and president bracelet. It features the Cal. 3055 providing the so called quickset function, allowing the wearer to change the date separately from the day. The 4 in the reference comes from the diamond set bezel and indexes, while the 9 at the end states that the watch is made of white gold. In combination with the black matte dial, this timepiece is absolute gorgeous.
